Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy sets out when and how you can return an item, and sits alongside your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, which are not affected by anything below.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act

If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act. These rights apply regardless of our returns policy.

Firearms, ammunition and restricted items

For safety and legal reasons, firearms, ammunition, reloading components and certain other items (food/meat processing ingredients) cannot be returned once sold . This does not affect your rights if such an item is faulty.

How to arrange a return

To arrange a return, contact us first on 06-348 7679 or shop@wilsonshunting.co.nz with your order number. Please do not send anything back before contacting us. A restocking fee maybe applied depending on circumstances.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
